Solomon Eichner
Solo Pianist
Consistently in demand on the concert stage Polish-American Concert Pianist Solomon Eichner has garnered international acclaim with performances in England, Italy, Germany, Poland, Austria and throughout the U.S. Originally from Baltimore, Solomon graduated from the Manhattan School of Music and Peabody Conservatory. When not concertizing, Solomon maintains a faculty position for the North Carolina Music Institute. Currently Solomon resides in Chapel Hill.

Klezmer Band
Back by Popular Demand!
This six-piece band features clarinets, accordion, saxophone, upright bass, drums and a vocalist who moonlights as a cantorial soloist. Klezmer mixes lively wedding and party music of 19th century eastern Europe with strains of Yiddish theater and American dance band music of early 1900s. Bagels and Fraylox adds influences from gypsy tunes, American folk music, rock, bluegrass, Latin grooves and hip-hop.
